Rules for using Proselift, subscriptions, and acceptable use.

The service
- Proselift provides AI-assisted writing coaching: analysis, learning exercises, glossary, and progress insights.
- Coaching output is educational guidance, not professional, legal, or academic certification.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws when using the service.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse the service, attempt to bypass quotas, scrape the API, or upload unlawful or harmful content.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the platform.
Subscriptions & payments
- Paid plans (Pro and Pro+) renew automatically at the interval you select until you cancel.
- Prices are shown in INR before checkout. Taxes may apply as required by law.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. Cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support with your payment reference.
Free tier & fair use
- Free and paid plans include usage limits to keep the service sustainable.
- We may adjust limits or features with reasonable notice; launch pricing is described at checkout.
Disclaimer & liability
- The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- To the extent permitted by law, Proselift is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

- We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
